Renowned author Susanne Antonetta Visits HamlineHamline University is pleased to invite the public to a reading and open interview with renowned author Susanne Antonetta. The interview will take place on Wednesday, March 19 at 7:30 p.m. in Giddens Learning Center at 1556 Hewitt Ave on Hamline’s Saint Paul campus. Antonetta will answer questions about her writing process and her inspirations and field questions from the audience. Her public reading is on Thursday, March 20 at the same time and location. Everyone is welcome to these free events. Antonetta is the author of nonfiction works A Mind Apart, a study of neurological diversity and its role in processes of evolution, and Body Toxic: An Environmental Memoir, a life story told through the lens of environmental pollution. A Mind Apart is a Border's book pick. Body Toxic was a New York Times Notable Book and winner of an American Book Award. Antonetta is also the winner of the NAMI Award for promoting understanding of mental difference. |
