Ambassador Program
The Ambassador Program is a staff-focused program initiated by the cabinet and the collaborative efforts of the Campus Staff Association and the Human Resources department. The eight-month program was developed to achieve the following primary objectives:
- To promote a better understanding by staff as to the value of their role within the university and their contribution to the Hamline Promise.
- To provide staff the opportunity to learn about all academic and non-academic areas within the university community.
- To foster increased communication across the university community, creating a bond among all members.
- To provide interesting and fun professional development opportunities to staff.
