Please note the following special considerations:
Classrooms are to be returned to their standard setup following each use. There is a ten minute window between classes, meetings, and events scheduled in classrooms.
Drew Hall Conference Room is to be used in its standard setup. Time between events is determined by catering and group setup needs; at least a ten minute window between meetings is required.
Sorin Bailey Room requires at least one hour between meetings to allow for catering changes.
Walker Fieldhouse, Hutton Arena, Pat Paterson Fields are scheduled in coordination with the athletic facility coordinator, Jim Rubbelke at 651-523-2304 or via email. Space requests for athletic facilities are sent to Jim for review and approval. Upon approval, requestors will be sent an event confirmation from the Classroom and Event Management office. Availability is based upon practice and official game/match schedules.

Kay Fredericks Room
The Kay Fredericks Room is a multi-use gathering space on the third floor of the Klas Center. This warm room has panoramic views of the Old Main Mall to the south and the Klas Field to the north.
Capacities for the room vary by set-up, but general numbers are 248 at rounds (sit-down meal only) and 300 theatre style. For more information on room setup options, please contact Classroom and Event Management.
Media equipment in the Kay Fredericks Room includes a podium with microphone, lavaliere microphone, handheld cordless microphones, DVD/VCR, CD player, tape player and LCD projectors and screens on the south and east sides of the room.
Please note this room requires a minimum of two hours between events.

Sorin Hall, Rooms A and B
Rooms A and B in Sorin Hall are two separate catering spaces that may be combined to accomodate larger events.
The "B" side has a wall of windows that face a lovely garden and Englewood Avenue to the south. Sorin B can seat 50 people at round tables or 40 people around a hollow square. Sorin A can seat 40 people at round tables. The rooms may be combined to accomodate up to 120 people at round tables.
Sorin B has a built-in LCD projector, podium and microphone, and an overhead projector. Additional equipment available includes table mics, DVD/VCR, and cordless handlheld or lavaliere mics.
Please note, two hours are required between events.

East Hall (formely Law and Graduate Schools Building)
Though used primarily as classrooms, there are three event spaces in this building.
Room 106 can seat 99 people at round tables of nine. Standard setup is classroom style with tables and chairs for 60 people. The room has a technology podium, which includes a PC, LCD projector, and screen.
Rooms 4 and 5 are in the garden level of the building. Standard set up for both is classroom style for 40 people.
If a non-standard setup is used, two hours are required between events.

Anne Simley Theatre
The Anne Simley Theatre is a 289 seat proscenium space, with a large lobby for receptions, a small black box studio theatre, and a television theatre.
Each space may be reserved separately. Hamline community members should contact the Classroom and Event Management office for use of any of the space. Rental inquiries for the theatre and television spaces should be made directly to Bill Wallace, associate professor and chair, Communication and Theatre Arts, via phone at 651-523-2405 or by email.

Sundin Music Hall
Our 315-seat Sundin Music Hall has won critical praise for its intimate, warm ambience and recording-quality acoustics. Sundin Music Hall is considered an important location for chamber music in the Twin Cities, and is also hailed as a warm and inviting space for lectures and special programs.
