Strong fourth quarter can't carry Piper football over Carleton
After returning to Klas Field for the first time in a month for their homecoming game, the Pipers rallied in the fourth quarter to tie the game, but ultimately fell 31-17 to visiting Carleton College in St. Paul on Saturday.

Cobbers top Pipers in football
The Piper football team fell 34-14 to the Concordia College Cobbers on the road in Moorhead today. Linebackers Brody Anderson (senior, Floodwood, Minn.) and Paul Klees (junior, Wabasha, Minn.) provided the scoring while recovering two Concordia fumbles in the endzone.
