Organizational Culture

Organizations with highly effective cultures are more able to attract funding and clients, have stronger market share and profit, and serve more constituents more effectively than organizations with weaker cultures. In this course, you will learn how to determine the effectiveness of an organization's culture and what you can do to maximize its performance.
