Conflict Resolution for Managers

0-4 Credits

Capitalizing on Conflict: prevent, surface, manage, and learn from workplace conflict. This course will help you improve decisions, increase creativity, enhance others' performances and your capacity to build a healthy, productive workplace. You will study methods to reduce conflicts before they erupt and, when conflicts surface, be able to manage them effectively. The instructors use readings, case studies, and experiential learning to equip students with the theory and skills needed to proactively handle work concerns.
