The Book Club

The Graduate School of Education's Alumni Association Book Club began in January, 2004 with a lively discussion of The Spirit Catches You and You Fall Down, by Anne Fadiman. The theme for that first year was to understand diverse cultures and promote equity in schools and society.

The Alumni Association Board has decided upon a new theme for the 2006-2007 school year: world perspectives. We will continue to read a blend of fiction and non-fiction.
