What can be submitted online

Personal information such as name, address, phone number, etc. and application essay. (You may also submit a résumé online, but a resume is not required.)

What must be submitted separately

For all students: Official transcript from your undergraduate degree-granting institution.

For degree-seeking students: Two letters of recommendation from people familiar with your academic and/or professional qualifications. NOTE: Additional licensure-seeking students do not need to submit letters of recommendation.

International students

Please review the additional materials required of international students.

If you have a degree from a non-U.S. institution, you must submit official or certified-true academic records along with certified English translations of those records, for all academic work at that institution. These must include classes taken, dates of enrollment, degree(s) awarded, and, if the grading system differs from the U.S. 4.0 system, an explanation of that system. If rank is determined by results on a comprehensive exam, your record should show the exam date(s), your scores, and your class and/or division rank. A photocopy is acceptable only if it is certified true by the institution's registrar, a notary public, or the equivalent.
